Free Website Preview

The preview is provided for evaluation purposes only and is not a live, publicly launched website until you approve it and payment is arranged.
There is no obligation to purchase after receiving a preview.
We reserve the right to limit how long a preview remains available before it's taken down or requires payment to continue.

Fees, Billing & Cancellation

Paid plans consist of a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly fee, as described on our Pricing page at the time of purchase.
Monthly plans are billed automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
If we offer a money-back guarantee at the time of your purchase, its terms will be stated on the Pricing page or in your order confirmation.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

Client Responsibilities

To build and maintain your site, we need you to provide accurate business information and any content (photos, logos, copy) you want included. You confirm that you own or have the right to use any content you provide us, and you agree not to submit unlawful, infringing, or misleading content.

Ownership

Once your site is paid for and launched, you own the content specific to your business (text, photos, branding) that you provided or that we created specifically for you. The underlying template, code libraries, and design system used to build the site remain the property of LocalPageHQ and our licensors, and are licensed to you for use on your site for as long as your plan is active.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to build or host content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and our services are provided "as is." While we work to deliver a high-quality website and reliable hosting, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g. a specific number of calls, bookings, or leads), uninterrupted uptime, or that the Site will be error-free.

Limitation of Liability
